Football Yards

Please encourage your child to do a short book project when they finish a book. Book projects are available in the classroom. This will enable them to move their football across our Reading Football Field and get a trophy on our 100 Yard Club wall.

Something to Try at Home

Log into Chrome on a home computer.

Have students log into their school account (school email and password)

On this page there are many options. The tabs we have been going to most is Google Classroom (have kids show you how it works) and Clever. In Clever there are many new options. I have been slowly introducing these to the students.

If you have any trouble accessing your child's account please let me know.

Math

3rd graders are preparing to take the Unit 1 math test. The test will be this Thursday the 15th.

4th graders have tested on Unit 1. This test will come home this Friday. Please review missed problems with your student. We have also begun unit 2.

Both grades take a math timed test, usually two times a week. Students should know which test they will be taking at any given time. Please review facts as needed. This is especially for the 3rd graders as they are introduced to multiplication.
